1. Who we are

2. Acceptance
By using this website, requesting a quote or making a purchase, you accept these terms. If you buy on behalf of a company, you declare that you are authorized to do so. Support services and plans such as Iron Flow IT are also governed by the proposal or contract we sign with you.
3. Products, prices and availability
Prices are in Colombian pesos (COP) and include VAT (IVA), unless otherwise stated. Availability is confirmed at the time of payment. If, due to an obvious error, a price or a feature is published incorrectly, we will notify you before shipping and you may choose to continue at the correct price or receive a full refund. Images are for reference only.
4. Quotes
Quote requests are not a purchase. We will send you a formal proposal with price, delivery time and validity, and the purchase is completed when you approve it in writing.
5. Payments
Online payments are processed through Wompi (Bancolombia) with card, PSE, Nequi or Bancolombia. Zero One Group does not see or store your card or account details. The order is confirmed when Wompi approves the payment, and we notify you by email. We issue an electronic invoice to the person or company named in the order.
6. Delivery and installation
We arrange the delivery date and place with you within the business days following payment confirmation. Delivery times and any shipping or installation costs are communicated before delivery. When you receive the products, check that the packaging is in good condition and that the products match your order. Deliveries are made in Colombia; international shipments, if any, are agreed in a specific quote.
7. Right of withdrawal
If you bought as an end consumer through this distance channel, you may withdraw within five (5) business days after the product is delivered (article 47 of Law 1480 of 2011). You must return the product in the same condition in which you received it, unused and with its accessories; return shipping costs are at your expense. We will refund the amount paid within thirty (30) calendar days.
As provided by law, this does not apply to goods made or configured to your specifications, to software or licenses that have already been activated, or to services that have already begun with your agreement. It also does not apply when the purchase is made for a business activity rather than as an end consumer.
8. Payment reversal
If you paid by card or another electronic payment method, you may request a payment reversal if you are a victim of fraud, the transaction was not requested, the product was not received, or what you received does not match your order or is defective (article 51 of Law 1480 of 2011 and Decree 587 of 2016). You must file the complaint with us and notify the issuer of your payment method within five (5) business days after becoming aware of the event, and return the product if you received it.
9. Warranty
All products carry the legal warranty covering quality, suitability, safety and good condition. The warranty period is the one stated by the manufacturer; if none is stated, it is one (1) year for new products. To make a claim, write to us with your order number and a description of the fault. We handle the inspection, repair, replacement or refund as appropriate. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, impacts, humidity, power fluctuations or intervention by unauthorized third parties.
10. Requests, complaints and claims
You can submit requests, complaints or claims to [email protected] or through the contact form. We will reply within fifteen (15) business days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) of Colombia.
11. Use of the website
The contents of the website (text, design, trademarks and images) belong to Zero One Group or their respective owners and may not be copied without authorization. It is forbidden to use the website for unlawful purposes, to attempt to breach its security or to submit false information. We do our best to keep the website available and up to date, but there may be interruptions due to maintenance.
12. Personal data
We process your data in accordance with our Privacy policy and our Cookie policy.
13. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. We may update them; the current version is the one published on this page and applies to purchases made from its publication. Effective since 2026.
