Cookie policy

What we store in your browser, why, and how you can control it.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, are treated in the same way in this policy.

2. What we use

This website uses only strictly necessary items. We do not use advertising, social media or third-party analytics cookies.

When you pay, we take you to the website of Wompi (Bancolombia), which uses its own cookies to process the payment securely and is governed by its own policy.

3. Legal basis

Strictly necessary items do not require your consent, because without them the website cannot provide the service you request. This is in line with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive, and US state privacy laws such as California’s CCPA/CPRA. If we ever use analytics or advertising cookies, they will only be activated after you accept them, and you will be able to withdraw your consent at any time.

4. How to control them

You can change your preferences at any time with the button, also available in the footer of every page. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary items, the cart and forms may not work.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as a request not to sell or share your personal data.
